Cooling Tropical Mint Smoothie| Ayurvedic - Pitta Pacifying




A cooling Ayurvedic tropical mint smoothie sounds pretty good right now during the heat wave, am I right?


This smoothie is not only refreshingly delicious and extremely hydrating, but all the ingredients are specially selected to have a cooling effect on our body. Calming down and soothing the Pitta (fire element) energy that is currently running high! 


You will only need a few ingredients!


- 2 hands full of watermelon chunks

- 250 grams / 1.5 cup of frozen pineapple chunks

- 500 ml / 2 cups of coconut water

- A handful of fresh mint leaves


Blend it all up and ENJOY!
