I believe that it is how we start the day that sets the tone for the rest of the day. I made this shake a breakfast habbit of mine after to many hurried mornings that made me skip breakfast all together. This way, you can even whip it up the night before as it will take you less than a minute to throw together. No more excuses in the moring for skipping or going for unhealthy choices. This shake will simplify your morings and give you so much energy. Guaranteed. Because we all know, breakfast is the most important meal of the day. 


- 1 banana

- 2 teasp of maca powder

- 30 grams of oatmeal

- 1 teaspoon of date sirup

- 1 teaspoon of coconut oil

- 1,5 cups of almond milk

- Pinch of cinnamon

- 1 tbsp of (100%) peanut butter

-  2 tbsp of (raw) cacao powder


2 servings

Optional: a scoop of vanilla protein powder and bee pollen for garnish.

Blend it all up and enjoy!
